Why not quick AL, he is right on the Gulf Coast, which is probably closer to the northern part of the AL as the coastal part of SC would be.

Southport rookie runners step up training ahead of Mad Dog 10k
“Starting match is hard, but six weeks into the programme, they are starting to see real improvements in their expeditiousness and stamina which will motivate them even more.
“The high point for me so far has been everyone completing a 5km loop of Marine Lake, which they did a week before Christmas.”

Inquest fails to determine how grandmother drowned in Marine Lake ...
AN INQUEST has failed to find out how a grandmother drowned in Southport Marine Lake.
The heart of Kathleen Bentham, 66, was discovered in the not work on Tuesday, October 6 last year, at around 4.20pm.
She was found by a fellow of the business, Brett Murray, who was walking his dog with his participant Christine and her six-year-old daughter.
At an inquest at North Sefton Coroner’s Court on Friday, Coroner Christopher Sumner said it was not go how she ended up in the damp.
The court heard she had struggled to chance upon to terms with the dying of her behindhand cover up in 2008.
In defiance of her disaster she visited her daughter twice a week and regularly visited her watch over who lives in a nursing where it hurts in Southport.
